By accessing or using STL2Image ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
STL2Image is an AI-powered tool that generates photorealistic images from 3D model files (STL, OBJ). The Service uses artificial intelligence to produce images based on user-provided files and settings. The output is generated algorithmically and may vary in quality, accuracy, and fidelity.
The images generated by STL2Image are produced by artificial intelligence models. AI technology is inherently imperfect and unpredictable. We make no guarantee that:
The AI may produce unexpected, inaccurate, or unusable results. This is a known limitation of the technology, not a defect of the Service.
You use STL2Image entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for evaluating the quality and suitability of any generated image before using it for any purpose, including but not limited to marketplace listings, commercial materials, advertising, or social media.
STL2Image, its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Service or the images generated by it, including but not limited to: lost revenue, lost profits, business interruption, or damage to reputation.
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance through Stripe. Each image generation consumes 20 credits. Credits are deducted at the moment the generation process begins, regardless of the outcome.
Credit packs and pricing are displayed at the time of purchase and may change without prior notice. Purchased credits do not expire.
All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

By purchasing credits, you acknowledge that AI image generation is experimental in nature and that results may not meet your expectations. You accept this risk before completing your purchase.
You retain full ownership of your 3D model files. Your files are processed in your browser and are never stored on our servers.
You are granted a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the generated images for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. No attribution is required.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use the 3D models you upload. Do not upload files that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.
We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the Service: your email address and name (via Google Sign-In), and your purchase history (via Stripe). We do not store your 3D files. Reference images generated from your 3D models are sent to Google's AI API for processing and are not stored by us after generation.
We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or performance. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, server issues, or third-party API limitations (including Google AI API quotas).
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STL2Image and its owners shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising from the use of this Service. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days prior to the claim.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
